Conflict between the nomadic Fulani Herdsmen and TIV crop farmers has been a continuous problem in Benue State, Nigeria for years. In 2011, this conflict escalated into a mass killing that went widely underreported in most of the world. Exposing the clash between two cultures and ways of living, Benue Valley serves as an example for this type of conflict taking place around the world.
